Most diagrams for the four-sided stitch are shown stitching from the left side of the fabric to the right side of the fabric (and using the sewing method, there is always one leg of this stitch that is awkward and impossible!). Try using this method starting on the right side of the fabric, and you will quickly understand how much faster you can complete this stitch, and keep the tension of your thread even and consistent!
